How to use our refill service

1. Purchase your refill on this site.
2. Mail your empty family pack to: Arapawa Island Manuka, 66 Fairfax St, Murchison 7007. Please include your email address so we know it is yours.
3. When your container arrives we will clean, refill and return your container.
4. We will email you when your container is processed and sent out.
5. In the unlikely event your empty container gets lost in the mail, we are happy to refund your payment, or you can credit your payment towards a new family pack

Note – You get your own container back, not someone else’s!
